Erwan Petit

Erwan Petit is currently serving as an intern in Computational Neuroscience at Inria since February 2023, focusing on the mathematical and computational study of retinal activity waves and in silico retinal experiments. Previous experience includes a stint at Cerba Research as a stagiaire apprentissage, where responsibilities involved preparing responses for calls for tender, writing scientific articles, and updating customer databases. Erwan also worked at Franprix as an employee managing cash transactions and customer service, and at AFFLELOU Groupe as a sales advisor for optical frames and sunglasses targeting primarily tourist customers. An early experience at AP-HP involved internship duties in a hospital setting, performing electrocardiograms and assisting in various medical procedures. Erwan holds a Master's degree in Computational Biology from Université Paris Cité and has pursued various educational qualifications in biological and medical engineering, project management, and biology at renowned institutions including EPFL and Sorbonne Université.
