Mariana Andrade

Mariana Andrade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mariana is currently the Director of Customer Success, EMEA at inriver. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Success at VISARIGHT and Global Head of Customer Experience at BICO. Mariana also worked at CELLINK as the Head of Customer Success - Laboratory Solutions, where they were responsible for setting up the customer success team and implementing strategic vision and processes. Before that, they worked at Monocl in various roles, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Mariana also has experience as a Partner/Co-Founder at Kobietta, a retail company. Mariana started their career as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Allergy and Acarology and as an Intern at the Laboratory of Genetics and Expression and the Brazilian Agricultural Research Company. Mariana has a strong background in customer success and has worked with customers globally in diverse product and service offerings.

Mariana Andrade obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Biotechnology from the Universidade Federal da Bahia in 2015. Mariana then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Gothenburg from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mariana has obtained certifications in Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Agile Foundations, and Creating and Giving Business Presentations from LinkedIn.
