Craig Towns is the founder and CEO of C-Note Entertainment, a full-service entertainment company specializing in promotions, marketing, event planning, artist management, and consultation. Craig also works as a Senior System Analyst at INROADS, INC with a strong background in IT management, including expertise in Microsoft 365, desktop support, DNS, servers, Exchange 2010, Cisco networking, disaster recovery, hardware configuration, SQL, CRM, VoIP, trouble ticket systems, Share Point, and website content management. Craig Towns holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Harris-Stowe State University.
