Janet Golden

Janet Golden, is the Executive Director, Human Resources for INROADS, Inc. bringing over 15 years of experience in diverse and high-level Human Resources knowledge to the organization. Janet oversees all HR needs for INROADS including, but not limited to, strategic planning, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, diversity and inclusion as well as organizational development.

Prior to joining INROADS, Janet served over 10 years in various HR roles within international metals manufacturing, long term care and a national fundraising organization.

Janet resides in Birmingham, AL where she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While there she earned her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
