Mikayla Frech

Mikayla Frech, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Epic Charter Schools, a position held since May 2015, where responsibilities have included roles such as Managing Director and Director of Human Resources, as well as HR Generalist and Graduate Support Manager. Prior experience includes a Corporate Recruiter Intern position at Paycom from February to May 2015 and a Greater Grads Campus Consultant role at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber from December 2014 to March 2015. Mikayla Frech earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2022 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the same institution in 2015.
