Jose J Zavala

Jose J Zavala is a Finance student at The University of Texas at El Paso, expected to graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst at Microsoft since May 2024, Zavala also holds the position of Investment Manager at Vanguard since April 2021 and has participated in Vanguard's 2021 Diversity program. Additional roles include being a Google Developer Student Club Member, a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and an HSF Scholar with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Zavala has also been an INROADS Scholar and SEO Success Intern. As a Computer Lab Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso, responsibilities include providing technical support and assisting with system setups. Zavala has participated in various programs focused on diversity and inclusion, including the Bloomberg LP First Year Insights program and the Bank of America Careers Launchpad Diversity & Inclusion Forum.
