Christy Kuesel

Christy Kuesel has a diverse work experience. Christy began their career in 2015 as a Recess Editor, Recess Culture Editor, Recess Managing Editor and Recess Staff Writer at the Duke Chronicle. In 2016, they were a Member of Museum Undergraduate Student Executive Board and Development Assistant at the Nasher Museum of Art. In 2018, they were Personnel Chair at Chi Omega Fraternity and a Durham Herald Sun Newsroom Intern at The News & Observer Publishing Company. In 2019, they were a News Editorial Intern at Artsy, where they wrote and fact checked daily 300-word news blurbs on a deadline for inclusion in daily afternoon newsletter, as well as pitched and wrote 2+ reported pieces on art and the art market per month. In 2020, they were a Content Specialist at Lionbridge, where they created all content for new games microsite, including establishing brand voice and guidelines. Currently, they are a Marketing Coordinator at Inrupt.

Christy Kuesel graduated from Duke University in 2019 with a B.A. in English, a Policy, Journalism and Media Studies Certificate, and a German Minor.
