Kelly O'Brien

Kelly O'Brien has extensive experience in the media and technology industries. Kelly began their career in 2013 as a Broadcast Writer for NY1 News. In 2014, they moved to Boston Globe Media as an Associate Editor for Boston.com. In 2016, they joined the Boston Business Journal as a Technology Reporter. In 2019, they became the Chief of Staff at Inrupt, Inc., a company building technology to drive the next era of the web.

Kelly O'Brien obtained a BA in Philosophy from Dartmouth College in 2011, with a minor in Physics. Kelly attended Delbarton High School from 2003-2007. Additionally, they have a Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing from the American Copy Editors Society.
