Anusha Jha

Anusha Jha currently serves as a Senior Solution Design Consultant at INRY, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Anusha was a Consultant in the Customer Success team at Darwinbox from November 2022 to March 2025, focusing on optimizing HR processes for major clients such as InterGlobe and PepeJeans. Anusha also worked at Zenoti from March 2020 to October 2022 as a Senior Product Specialist, where responsibilities included product support, account management, and enhancing customer experience. Earlier experience includes marketing and social media roles with Make My Trip, The Communication Council, and Seherr, as well as internships at The Hindu and Hindustan Times. Anusha holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sri Venkateswara College.
