Phillippe Barthelemy

Phillippe Barthelemy is an experienced professional in product development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Product Development at INS Global since August 2022. Previously, Barthelemy held roles as a Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as Managing Director of RWDS Philippines at Evidera. Barthelemy co-founded ShoreCloud Inc. in the Philippines, where the focus was on outsourcing market research services in both the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical sectors, offering solutions in marketing research, marketing, and web design and development. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Ataway, where Barthelemy developed a PeopleSoft and SAP outsourcing team, and working as a freelance IT consultant on Oracle/PeopleSoft and Cognos projects for Akemis. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree from ESME, with a focus on electronic, mechanics, electricity, and financial systems.
