Phil Shoore

Phil Shoore is an experienced professional in training and retail management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Training at INS Market since September 2024, Phil previously held the role of Retail and Education Manager at Puig from November 2015 to September 2024, focusing on achieving retail excellence in Canada. Prior to that, Phil was the National Merchandising Manager at Entertainment One, overseeing a team of 12 and coordinating efforts with 400 external representatives. Phil’s background also includes significant roles at Sony Computer Entertainment Canada as National Training Coordinator and Field Coordinator for PlayStation, where development and management of training programs were key responsibilities. Early in the career, Phil worked as a Merchandising Representative with SPAR Group, honing skills in retail organization and customer service. Phil holds an M.A. in English Literature from Concordia University and a B.A. in English Literature from York University.
