Admin Costumer Retention Management at PT Daya Anugrah Mandiri

Rohmania Saputri currently serves as an Admin in Customer Retention Management at PT Daya Anugrah Mandiri since October 2020. Responsibilities include data processing, analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Spreadsheet, and MS Power BI, social media analysis with tools like Socialblade and Instagram Insights, and handling customer complaints.
