Anastasiia (Ana) Hrybova is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in sourcing and recruitment. Currently serving as the Talent Sourcing Lead at INSART, Ana leads a team in developing sourcing strategies tailored to the tech market while collaborating with hiring managers. Previously, Ana held roles at EPAM Systems, including Executive Talent Acquisition Researcher and IT Talent Acquisition Researcher, where responsibilities encompassed identifying senior-level talent and utilizing multiple sourcing tools to enhance diversity and candidate pipelines. Prior experience includes managing vendor relationships and supervising sourcing teams at Vitaver and Associates, where Ana developed creative methods to attract top talent. Ana holds Bachelor's and Specialist’s degrees in German Language and Literature from Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University.
