Amanda Richardson

Amanda Richardson is currently a shareholder relations specialist at INSBANK. Amanda previously worked as a loan assistant and marketing coordinator at First Alliance Bank from November 2010 to July 2015. In their role at First Alliance Bank, they worked with customers, loan operations, and lawyers to coordinate loan closings, including ordering credit reports and insurance coverage for collateral. Amanda also assisted accounting representatives with Asset Based Line of Credit loans to create Borrowing Base Certificate reports on a periodic basis and ensured receipt of Financials and Accounts Receivable Reports to comply with loan covenants. In addition, they gathered information to produce quarterly bank productivity reports to determine the profitability of all loan and deposit accounts.

Outside of their work coordinating loans, Amanda also collected customer information, such as annual financial statements and updated insurance coverage for collateral. Amanda processed loan payments, sent wire transfers, transferred funds, and notarized documents as needed. In their role as co-chair of the Marketing Committee, they came up with new advertising campaigns and ordered promotional materials for all branches. Amanda also posted updates and tips to the bank’s social media pages and verified needed website changes were completed in a timely manner.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Amanda was able to move up within the company and is now using their skills to help INSBANK grow.
