Katie Landers

Katie Landers has extensive experience in business process analysis and sales, currently serving as a Business Process Analyst at INSBANK since January 2020. Previously, Katie held multiple roles at ServiceSource from June 2011 to January 2020, including Sales Manager, Customer Success Specialist, and Senior Operations Specialist. Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from May 2006 to January 2018 as a Holiday Manager and Sales Associate. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pensacola Christian College, graduating in 2009.
