Terry Woodall

Terry Woodall currently serves as a Commercial Portfolio Manager at INSBANK since May 2022 and has held the position of Vice President - Director of Credit Administration at The Housing Fund since May 2013. In this role, Terry oversees the underwriting of commercial and development loans, coordinating loan closings, and managing problem accounts. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Manager at Kroll Advisory Solutions from June 2011 to April 2013, where responsibilities involved managing client onboarding and contract implementation, and as a Home Loan Specialist at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. from November 2007 to June 2011, where mortgage loans were originated for customers. Terry Woodall earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lipscomb University between 2014 and 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Economics from Western Kentucky University, completed in 2004.
