Per Brogaard

Per Brogaard has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Per currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at INSCALE since October 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Awaze, managing the largest vacation rentals and holiday resorts business in Europe. Per also served as the Group Chief Commercial Officer at NOVASOL, a subsidiary of Awaze. Prior to that, Per held leadership positions at Feriehusudlejernes Brancheforening, Smartbox Group, N.O. Jensen A/S, Bellevue A/S, DiGi Telecommunications, Telenor Pakistan, Sonofon, and Alka Forsikring. Throughout their career, they have played key roles in strategy development, market expansion, sales, customer service, and operational management.

Per Brogaard's education history includes the following:

- In 2008, they completed a practical leadership program called Practical Leadership - PL36, which focused on the principles of Business Excellence.

- From 2001 to 2003, they specialized in Change, Innovation, Motivation, Performance, and Strategic Management at Mannaz Tools for Leaders.

- In 2000 and 2001, they attended Mannaz Leadership Development where they received training in Leadership Coaching and Communication.

- In the years 1992 to 1994, they studied at Rungstedgaard Insurance College and obtained a degree in Insurance.

- Per attended Frederikshavn Handelskole from 1984 to 1987, where they completed a degree in Bank Clerk.

- Lastly, from 1981 to 1983, they attended Dronninglund Gymnasium, earning a Mathematics degree.
