Svitlana Artemenko has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Svitlana is currently working as the Head of Recruitment at INSCALE and has held the same position at Propell Minds. Prior to their current roles, Svitlana worked at INSCALE Global as the Head of Recruitment for three years. Svitlana was responsible for leading the recruitment team, conducting executive and hard-to-fill positions recruitment, and performing recruitment sales activities. Before INSCALE Global, Svitlana worked at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, where they held multiple roles, including Recruitment and Retention Manager, Recruitment Lead, and Senior Recruiter. Svitlana also gained HR management experience at SOS Online Backup, Utel, Softline, Veneto, Professional employment agency, and Svyaz throughout their career.

Svitlana Artemenko has a diverse education history. Svitlana attended the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv from 1991 to 1996, where they studied French, Ukrainian language, and literature. In 2005 to 2006, they attended the Kyiv National Economics University, specializing in Business Economy. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development at LvBS.
