Antony Widjaja

Antony Widjaja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and educational initiatives. As the Founder of Youth Leadership Pte Ltd since July 2024, Antony has developed programs aimed at enhancing self-awareness and social skills among teens. Antony has also served in various roles at INSEAD since October 2011, including Associate Director of Executive Degrees Programme Recruitment & Partnerships, and has significantly contributed to the growth and diversity of programs in Asia Pacific. Prior roles include positions in sales and marketing at companies like Fuji Xerox and NETS, and experience in business development across North America and Greater China. Antony holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and an MBA from the University of Toronto, complemented by various certifications in systems engineering and communication excellence.
