Frederick Tay

Frederick Tay is an experienced marketing and sales operations professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing and Sales Operations at INSEAD since October 2011, Frederick has held various roles including Assistant Director and Marketing Automation Manager. Prior experience includes Senior Manager at International Enterprise Singapore and managerial positions at the Singapore Sports Council, where notable projects included the implementation of CRM systems and integrated marketing communications for corporate sports development. Earlier roles at Citibank Singapore and American Express Bank involved managing co-brand cards and acquiring new customers for lending products. Frederick holds an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD and has completed several other qualifications in marketing and digital advertising technology.
