Jennifer Grimshaw

Jennifer Grimshaw currently serves as Associate Director, Campaign at INSEAD, where strategic alignment with ExCo and senior leadership is prioritized to define institutional goals and support philanthropic initiatives. Previous roles at INSEAD include Associate Director of Development Communications and Senior Manager of Development, focusing on volunteer management, bespoke campaign design, and written communications. Jennifer participated in the Women Talent Pool Programme by WIL Europe, fostering the next generation of female leaders. Earlier experience includes teaching positions at Dr South's School and Newland House School, as well as a Student Ambassador role at The University of Manchester. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester, a PGCE from Kingston University, and is currently pursuing a diploma in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
