Justin Tay

Justin Tay currently serves as the Manager of Operations in Business Intelligence at INSEAD as of October 2023. Justin is also involved as a part-time Coach at Carpe Diem, teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and holds the rank of Certified Black Belt under Yuki Ishikawa. Justin represents the Singapore National Team in BJJ and has previously worked as a Senior Executive Data Analyst at Sport Singapore. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Support Engineer and Project Manager at Logicalis, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure and network project management. Educational qualifications include a Business Analytics & Insights degree from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick. Justin's background also includes a tenure as a Sergeant in the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
