Karen Ukil

Karen Ukil has extensive experience in operations and management within the conference and career development sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Operations at INSEAD since July 2014, Karen previously held significant roles including Assistant Director of Operations at INSEAD and Assistant Director at MCI Group, where responsibilities included client relationship development and high-quality event delivery. Earlier, Karen worked as Operations Director at IQPC Worldwide Pte Ltd, managing operations and customer service for numerous conferences across the Asia Pacific, and as Joint Managing Director at World Trade Summits, contributing to the company's growth in the region. Karen's career began at World Trade Group as Operations Director, where involvement with the Board of Directors focused on product development and procedural refinement. Educational qualifications include a BA Honours in Tourism and Hotel Management from Cheltenham & Gloucester College and completion of the High Impact Leadership Programme at INSEAD.
