Laurence Capron

Laurence Capron is a distinguished Professor of Strategy at INSEAD, holding the Paul Desmarais Chaired Professor of Partnership and Active Ownership title. Capron has served in various leadership roles at INSEAD, including Director of the Executive Education Programme in M&As and Corporate Strategy, Dean of Faculty, and Elected Faculty Board Representative on the INSEAD Board of Directors. With a robust academic background, Capron has held visiting and research positions at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business Publishing, MIT Sloan School of Management, and The Wharton School. Capron's education includes a PhD in Corporate Strategy from HEC Paris, as well as advanced studies in corporate governance and economics from recognized institutions.
