Sara Vanos

Sara Vanos currently serves as Sr. Director of Employer Engagement at INSEAD, a role held since August 2025. Prior to this position, Sara was affiliated with HEC Paris for over a decade, where Sara held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Communications, Marketing & Admissions for MBA Programs and Director of Marketing for MBA Programs. Sara's earlier experience includes positions as Career Officer at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, where responsibilities focused on corporate development and employer engagement, as well as serving as COO for the startup Birth Experience. Sara's educational background includes an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and various leadership training programs.
