Shilla Bhavnani

Shilla Bhavnani is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Recruitment & Business Development for Degree Programmes at INSEAD since November 2021. Prior to this role, Shilla spent over fourteen years at NUS Business School, where positions included Senior Manager for Marketing & Admissions of the EMBA Programmes and Head of the Asia-Pacific Executive MBA. Shilla's career began at Training Partners and Datacraft in 2005, where roles included Training Executive and Operations. Shilla holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing from Western Sydney University, completed between 1997 and 1999.
