Catherine Ratcliffe

Catherine Ratcliffe has over 30 years of work experience in the legal field. Catherine started their career as a summer associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in 1982. From 1983 to 1985, they served as a law clerk at the US District Court, ND GA. In 1985, they joined Jones Day as a lawyer and worked there until 1990. Catherine then became a partner at Bryan Cave from 1990 to 1997. Catherine Ratcliffe served as the VP & General Counsel at Day Runner from 1997 to 2002. Currently, they hold the position of SVP, Business Affairs & General Counsel at Novatel Wireless, starting in 2004.

Catherine Ratcliffe obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA between 1976 and 1979. Catherine then pursued further education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree specializing in Law from 1980 to 1983.
