David Mandrycky

David Mandrycky, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Partner and Chief People Officer at Insero since March 2006, Mandrycky oversees the HR functions for a public accounting and advisory firm with over 150 team members across multiple locations. With a career progression from Manager of Recruiting and Employee Relations to Principal and Vice President of HR at Insero, Mandrycky has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at SUNY Brockport and Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior experience includes roles in corporate recruiting and staffing at notable companies like Paychex and Global Crossing. Mandrycky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from SUNY Brockport.
