Cynthia (Cindy) Milstead, CPCM, CFCM, has extensive experience in contracts and procurement. Cynthia (Cindy) is currently serving as the Director of Contracts at Inserso Corporation. Prior to this role, they were the Contracts Director, GWAC/IDIQ PMO at HII Mission Driven Innovative Solutions Inc. Cynthia (Cindy) also held the position of Contracts Director, Strategic New Business at Camber Corporation - Technical Solutions Group Huntington Ingalls Industries. With Avaya Government Solutions, they served as the Director of Contracts, leading a team of Contract Administrators.
