Magnus Bellstrand has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies throughout the years. Magnus started their career as a Bartender/Kitchen Staff at Restaurang Solrosen in 2006 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they also worked as a Course Assistant at Blekinge Institute of Technology, where they developed the institution's campaign site and supervised laboratory work.

Moving forward, Magnus joined Ericsson in 2013 as a Software Developer, where they specialized in the development of payment solutions for the third world. Magnus worked on alternative methods for authentication and localization of merchants using NFC and GPS for mobile phone transactions.

From 2013 to 2016, Magnus worked as a Software Developer at HiQ Karlskrona AB. During this time, they contributed to the development of a maritime sea-surveillance system called "Sjöbasis," which involved collecting, processing, and presenting marine information.

In 2016, Magnus joined Improfy Systems AB as a Lead Software Developer. Their role primarily focused on developing a system for management consulting that involved conducting surveys, analyzing data, and presenting reports. Magnus utilized JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CoffeScript, C#, MSSQL, Aurelia, Express, Redis, Docker, and AWS in their work.

In 2017, Magnus moved to CBO2, where they worked as a Lead Software Developer until 2019. During this time, they worked with various technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kotlin, and Postgres. Magnus also contributed to the software architecture and development of the gamification platform (GWEN) at Insert Coin.

Most recently, Magnus joined Insert Coin in 2019 as the Chief Technology Officer. Magnus has been responsible for overseeing the technology operations and strategies of the company. Under their leadership, they have contributed to software architecture and development using TypeScript, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Terraform, and Bash for the GWEN gamification platform.

Magnus Bellstrand began their education in 2007 at NTI Gymnasiet Göteborg, where they studied El-data (högskoleförberedande). Magnus completed their studies there in 2010. In 2011, Magnus enrolled at Blekinge Institute of Technology and pursued a degree in Software Engineering. Magnus studied at the institute for three years, completing their education in 2014.
