Prior to his corporate roles, he was a Partner at Watson & Renner and held legal positions at various law firms including LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and Crowell & Moring LLP. Mark earned his JD from The George Washington University Law School and a BS from Penn State University.
