Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen is a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Inside Higher Ed. Jessica has a long history of working in communications and technology management, dating back to their time at The Bowen Center for the Study of the Family. Jessica has been with Inside Higher Ed since September 2021 and has been instrumental in developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy.

Jessica Chen attended George Mason University for their undergraduate degree in psychology. Jessica then attended Virginia Tech for their graduate degree in the same field.
