Jeremy Rice

Jeremy Rice has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jeremy started working at TRS Construction in 2014 as a Telecommunications Technician, where they traveled to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair data and communication cabling. Jeremy also used Microsoft applications to map office spaces for correct product installation. Jeremy then joined DYONYX in 2017 as an SME Application Support Analyst, where they managed day-to-day operations, led a team of 15 support analysts, and facilitated meetings with various teams to provide immediate assistance in resolving application defects. In 2019, they moved to Identity Automation as a Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for identity, data, and access management software, RapidIdentity. Jeremy supported software installation and administration and built automated account creation and deprovisioning in Microsoft Active Directory. Most recently, Jeremy joined ComboCurve in 2023 as an Integration Engineer and Application Support Analyst.

Jeremy Rice received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Southwestern University, which they attended from 2013 to 2017.
