Melissa Healey

Melissa Healey has over 10 years of professional experience. Melissa began their career in 2011 as a Child Welfare Specialist for the Department of Human Services. In 2012, they joined Paycom as a Senior Paycom Specialist. In 2016, they became the Owner/Operator of Affordable Movers. From 2015 to 2017, they were the House Operations Manager at The Sooner Theatre, where they supervised employees, worked with vendors, and coordinated and trained volunteers. In 2017, they joined Oseberg as a People Operations Manager, where they were responsible for all office and people related operations, maintained and reinforced Company Culture, and was the executive assistant to the CEO. In 2022, they became the Director of People Operations at ComboCurve, Inc. During their tenure, they planned and implemented a bi-annual User Forum, implemented OKR tracking and communication software, wrote and implemented new company policies, and created and managed a philanthropic branch of the company.

Melissa Healey obtained their Bachelors of Science from The University of Oklahoma in 2010, having studied Multidisciplinary Studies with an Emphasis in Social Work and Drama-Stage Management from 2006 to 2010.
