Brett Beal is an accomplished human resources and organizational effectiveness leader with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various industries, including technology and manufacturing. Currently serving as VP of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Inside Real Estate, Brett focuses on nurturing a high-performance culture and optimizing organizational structure to drive value for clients. Previous roles include Head of People at Fishbowl, Chief Experience Officer at DaysToHappy, and Head of Talent and OD at Savage Services, among others, showcasing a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
