Robert Henricksen has extensive experience in customer success and account management within the real estate technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Inside Real Estate, Robert has developed and led a proactive retention and growth program aimed at enhancing client adoption and ROI. Previously, Robert held multiple leadership roles at the Circlepix division, where responsibilities included coaching a team of 20 individuals in the Customer Success Department and ensuring the success of 150 brokerage accounts across North America. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/International Business from Utah Valley University, Robert's background also includes experience in retail management and banking, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and team management.
