Michael Bentolila

Michael Bentolila has over 20 years of experience in the business sector. Michael began their career in 1997 as a Cost Control Manager in Purchasing at Valeo. Michael then moved to Capgemini as an SAP Consultant in 1998. In 1999, they joined PwC France as a Senior Consultant in the industry and supply chain sector. In 2002, they became a Manager in the same sector at BearingPoint. In 2007, they co-founded Playviz as VP of Sales and Marketing, where they were rewarded as "Startup of the Year 2011" in Silicon Valley. In 2014, they became CEO of InsideBoard, a Digital Success Platform, and was responsible for the onboarding, adoption of new technologies and processes, and sustainability of the platform. In 2018, they became a Speaker on Transformation Change Management at ESCP Europe. Michael has also been an External Speaker on Innovation and Consulting at Sciences Po since 2014 and a Speaker on Different Approaches to Innovative Digital Change at Université Paris-Dauphine since 2012.

Michael Bentolila received their 4-year license degree in Economic Science, Auditing, and Management Control from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 1992 and 1997. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in e-Management (organizational and functional in- company diagnosis) from the same university in 1997. Finally, they completed a Coaching certificate course in Competencies Development (Lominger Leadership Architects ce) from HEC Paris in 2006-2007.
