Elliott Waksman

Elliott Waksman, MA, CMPC, serves as a Student Success Specialist and Coach at InsideTrack since March 2021, focusing on enhancing student outcomes in partnership with colleges. Waksman is also the Founder and a multi-faceted professional at PortlandSportPsychology.com, providing individual consultations, team workshops, and seminars. Waksman holds an important role as an L&D Consultant with SyncLX since June 2020, emphasizing employee engagement and performance. Previous experience includes leadership consulting at Leone Consulting Group, counseling and instruction at Clackamas Community College, and serving as Director of Mental Performance at DURO Health LLC. Waksman has held additional roles including Health Coach at Wellness Consolidated and Head Coach at Soccer Shots Portland. Waksman earned a Master of Arts in Sport & Performance Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
