Erin Bossk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data integration and management at InsideTrack since November 2007. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Integration, Erin leads the Data Integration team in identifying crucial issues across the data lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions that align with business objectives. Previous roles at InsideTrack include Lead Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Data Engineer, where Erin demonstrated an ability to optimize processes, enhance data governance, and communicate complex concepts clearly to senior management. Erin holds a BA in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bootcamp Certificate in Data Engineering and Analytics from the University of Oregon Coding Bootcamp. Additionally, Erin has supervisory experience from the Summer Enrichment Program, overseeing a team of counselors and managing the wellbeing of youth participants.
