Ruth Bauer White is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operational management and client services across multiple industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at InsideTrack since May 2013, Ruth has effectively overseen Coaching Operations, Legal, Solutions, Finance, and Learning & Development teams. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Operations and VP of Operations & Program Solutions, where Ruth managed large teams and enhanced client relations for higher education institutions and corporations. Other notable positions include VP of Client Services at Monsoon Inc., where Ruth led a team of over 50 professionals, and Sr. Director of Client Services & Marketing at KinderCare Education. Ruth also has consulting experience from Airship and extensive training program development experience from Via Training. Ruth holds an MBA from Portland State University and a BA in English from the University of Oregon.
