Yan Dyshkalps

Yan Dyshkalps has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to present, they have been the Director of Technology Research, Architecture and Infrastructure and Director of Software Engineering for InsideTracker (Segterra). In this role, they have managed remote development teams, worked closely with product and marketing departments to create a product development roadmap, and deliver a final product. Yan has also been the Owner of Web Dyshklaps OY since 2011, a Web Developer for mad Geniuses GmbH - pixi* since 2011, Senior Web-Developer for Elitacompany LLC since 2006, System Administrator for SERVER-KO LLC since 2004, and System Administrator for Osiris LLC since 2003. In this role, they have developed and supported corporative LAN based on thin client, created internal web-application used by all regional departments, and developed promo-websites.

Yan Dyshkalps received a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from ITMO University in 2009. Yan is currently studying International Marketing at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
