Ben Rogers

Ben Rogers, PSM, is a results-oriented project manager and Agile expert with extensive experience in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum development methodologies. Currently serving as an Agile Coach, Business Transformation Lead, Senior Program Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at Insight since April 2019, Ben has effectively managed personnel onboarding, project estimation, and relationship management across multiple vendors and clients. Previous roles include Senior Technical Project Manager and Product Owner at Lumeris, Senior Project Manager at OCI, and Product Manager and Developer at MiTek Industries and other companies focused on both software development and creative projects. Ben's strong foundation in business analysis, project management, and software development is supported by a BS in Business Administration from Hannibal LaGrange College.
