Courtney Autumn Merritt

Courtney Autumn Merritt is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in technical sales and customer service. Currently serving as the Cisco SNTC Sales Team Lead at Insight since January 2015, Courtney is responsible for daily interactions with sales management, providing forecasts, and tracking renewals by customer and region. Prior experience includes the role of SMARTnet Sales Support Manager at Presidio West, where responsibilities included managing maintenance service contracts for vendors such as Cisco and VMware, and enhancing customer service to drive attach and renewal rates.
