Josh Gonzales

Josh Gonzales is an accomplished Project Coordinator and Program Administrator for EMEA at Insight, with extensive experience in credit management and process improvement. Since February 2010, Josh has spearheaded strategic initiatives for SideTrade implementation, thereby enhancing collections and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) across the EMEA region. Previous roles include Credit & Collections Manager for Benelux, where leadership of a Credit Controller team focused on optimizing workflows, and Credit Control Supervisor, where the design of new processes improved team visibility and control over financial ledgers. Josh began the career as a Credit Controller at PLANgroep and started in the industry as a Debt Counsellor. Josh holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag and completed secondary education at Maerlant-Lyceum.
