Shahid Ismail

Shahid Ismail is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in system administration, infrastructure management, and operational oversight. Currently serving as an IT Operations System Administrator for Insight at the Toronto City Traffic Department, Shahid Ismail is responsible for managing administrative tasks, optimizing Active Directory, configuring group policies, and maintaining server infrastructures.
