Steven Nahm

Steven Nahm is a highly experienced chemist with extensive expertise in polymer science and product development, currently serving as a Senior Polymer Scientist at Vision-Ease Lens since July 2013, focusing on functional lens coatings. Prior to this, Steven worked at NCR Corporation as a Senior Product Development Chemist, where Steven managed coatings development projects and significantly improved product performance. Steven's earlier roles include Senior Scientist at Sun Chemical, Chief Chemist at Fibercast, and Senior Development Chemist at Raybestos Products Company, contributing to various innovations and process improvements in coating materials and manufacturing. Steven holds a doctorate in physical organic chemistry from the University at Buffalo and has completed postdoctoral studies at Penn State University, in addition to a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
