Ayelet Mintz is a seasoned content copywriter and UX writer with extensive experience in healthcare and herbalism. Currently serving as a Senior Content Copywriter at The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, Ayelet specializes in creating and managing compelling content strategies while educating future herbalists. In the role of Lead Copywriter at New Jersey Functional Medicine, Ayelet developed a brand identity and voice, leveraging content management systems to enhance customer engagement. Previous positions include UX Writer and Researcher at RECIV, where Ayelet led content design for a fintech startup, and founder of The Urban Herbalist, overseeing all aspects of a private practice. Ayelet holds certifications in UX writing and clinical herbalism, complemented by an Associate of Science in Integrative Nutrition.
