Desi Hristova

Desi Hristova is a Senior Product Strategist at Insight Global since July 2021, with prior experience as a Product Owner at Humana and Agile Product Owner at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Desi's expertise includes extensive market research that generated $2 billion in annual revenue at IHG®, competitive analysis for booking services, and leadership in operations to enhance customer loyalty and profitability. Earlier roles include Business Process Engineer at MarketSource Inc. and various operational roles in hospitality management, starting with Hotel Elite and concluding with Gasthof Zum Stern. Desi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" and completed a Product Management Course at General Assembly. Desi also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
