Lauren Migliorino

Lauren Migliorino is an experienced recruiter currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter for NextGen Technologies at Insight Global since August 2021, after progressing through roles including Professional Recruiter for NextGen Data Engineering and as a Professional Recruiter and Recruiter. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Marketing Communications Intern at The Bloomsburg University Foundation from February to May 2021. Educationally, Lauren holds a degree in English with a focus on Digital Rhetoric and Professional Writing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2021.
