Maggie Bailey

Maggie Bailey possesses a diverse background in therapeutic recreation and wellness programming, currently serving as a Hiring Partner at Insight Global since August 2022, after progressing through roles as Hiring Associate and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes a Wellness Associate role at Corporate Health Unlimited, where programming and group fitness classes were provided for corporate employees. Previously, Maggie worked as a Recreation Therapist at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, specializing in inpatient neurological rehabilitation, as well as at Ability360, focusing on facilitating adaptive sports and recreational therapies for diverse populations. Additional experience includes internship work at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital, developing therapy groups for individuals facing mental health challenges. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained in 2016.
